    Nejmi was fantastic at understanding my personal situation and tailoring exercises and investigation accordingly as well as clearly outlining the rationale behind the exercises and processes we worked through together

    (something I found extremely interesting and engaging). I always found our sessions/discussions together extremely engaging and stimulating (a 1 - 1.5 hour session would often fly by without me realising the time). When I reflect on how my sense of confidence has developed from beginning to end of the programme.
