    Becoming unstuck.

    I was looking for someone to help me navigate through some of the work and ultimately life decisions that I had been struggling with for quite a while.

    I was getting really bored and frustrated with constantly analysing every career decision I was making and so wanted someone to work with me on a clear, concise plan of action. Nejmi, who I can’t recommend highly enough, is easy to talk to, very personable and enables you to find the right answers without his opinion leading you down any direction. He works as a brilliant enabler to navigate and find the solutions to problems you thought couldn’t be solved.

    Nejmi was fantastic at understanding my personal situation and tailoring exercises and investigation accordingly as well as clearly outlining the rationale behind the exercises and processes we worked through together.

    (something I found extremely interesting and engaging). I always found our sessions/discussions together extremely engaging and stimulating (a 1 - 1.5 hour session would often fly by without me realising the time).

    When I reflect on how my sense of confidence has developed from beginning to end of the programme, I'm really happy with the progress and this is in large part down to Nejmi who was brilliant at instilling this in me by encouraging me to challenge my own biases of self-doubt and risk aversion as well as reframing my strengths and skills in a way that enabled me to recognise and appreciate them more clearly.
